We work off an outcome, not how many hours we throw at your business. The two levels hinge on how much support you need week to week and whether people management is involved.
We operate on 3 months rolling commitment for our Operator Support & COO Intensive. It’s long enough to create real change, but flexible enough to grow with your business.

There’s a 30-day cooling-off period. If it’s not working for either of us, we’ll walk away (no hard feelings).

Nope! We’re fully virtual but our impact is embedded and real.
